Why we love this wine
Grapes & TerroirGrape variety: 100% arneis. Origins: the vineyards are located in different villages: Vezza d’Alba, Corneliano, Monteu Roero. Type of soil: silt and sand. Harvest end of August.
WinemakingAfter a soft pressing of the grapes, and separation of the skins, it is transferred into steel tanks and vinified with the modern cold processing techniques. Automated temperature control ensures uniform development of the wine by intervening on the bio-metabolism of the yeast. Ageing in steel tanks for 2-3 months. Bottling normally takes place at the beginning of the year following the harvest.
