Why we love this wine

• Grapes & Terroir

  From its originating home of Roero, Piedmont, the best expression of the white Arneis, one of Italy's most delicious white varietals. The vineyards are located in the Vezza d’Alba, Corneliano, Monteu Roero villages.
• Winemaking

  After a soft pressing of the grapes, and separation of the skins, it is transferred into steel tanks and vinified with the modern cold processing techniques. Automated temperature control ensures uniform development of the wine by intervening on the bio-metabolism of the yeast. Ageing in steel tanks for 2-3 months. Bottling normally takes place at the beginning of the year following the harvest.
• Tasting

  A light aromatic white wine, soft straw yellow with green reflections, delicate, fresh and herbaceous, rich in white fruity scents.
• Makers Match

  Light white wine for ideal aperitif or accompany light summer dishes.
