Winemaking
The grapes are meticulously picked and then pressed with some time allowed on skins to extract colour, texture and spice. The aim is to make a Rose that is different. 100% Syrah fruit was left on skins for 4 hours to extract colour, tannin and spice. Fermentation was in stainless steel with periodic lees stirring -
Tasting
A lovely rich style; the bouquet shows ripe apple, strawberry, stone fruit and spice. It is succulent and beautifully weighted on the palate, displaying smooth, supple mouthfeel which is supported by bright acidity. -
